1. About QuickData GH
QuickData GH is a Ghana-focused website for choosing mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel and AT Ghana. Bundles and prices come from the QuickData GH catalog stored in its database.
The operating legal entity name has not been published on this site yet.
2. Payments and delivery
Payments run through Paystack hosted checkout. A successful payment is recorded only after server-side verification of the transaction reference, amount, currency and payment status.
Payment and delivery are separate. Automatic data fulfillment is not currently active. A successful payment alone does not mean a bundle has been delivered; check the recorded order status.
3. Accounts
Sign-in and account sessions are handled by Clerk. Orders placed while signed in are saved to your account and listed under Transactions. Guest and older orders are not linked to an account automatically.
Keep your sign-in details private and provide only information you are permitted to use.
4. Orders and recipient details
Checkout asks for a recipient mobile number and an optional email address. Orders are stored on our server in a PostgreSQL database. Provide a number only when you are authorised to use it.
Order statuses shown on the site reflect what we have recorded. An order is shown as delivered only if it is both paid and marked delivered.
5. Payments, cancellation and refunds
A completed payment cannot be cancelled from this website. Any outcome for a completed payment would be reviewed once a support channel is available. No refund deadlines or entitlements have been set.
6. Acceptable use
When using QuickData GH, please:
- Provide information you are authorised to use.
- Do not deceive others, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not use the site for unlawful activity or to harm another person.
7. Availability and limitations
The catalog or website may change or be temporarily unavailable. Listed bundles may not be purchasable or deliverable while delivery is inactive. We make no promise of instant delivery or provider connectivity.
