1. Who operates this website
QuickData GH is the brand of this Ghana data-bundle website. The legal entity name and a privacy contact have not been published yet.
2. Information used
Account sign-in is handled by Clerk, which processes the information you give it. Checkout uses the recipient mobile number, the selected bundle and an optional email address.
If you leave email blank, we do not record an email address as your personal contact detail.
3. How information is used
We store orders and the bundle catalog in a PostgreSQL database to show your order status and transaction history, and to start and verify Paystack payments. Orders made while signed in are tied to your account.
No data fulfillment is currently active, so recipient numbers are not sent to a data provider.
4. Browser storage
Your selected bundle is kept in browser local storage and a checkout idempotency key in session storage, to prevent duplicate payments. Notification read marks are kept in local storage on this device only, per account.
You can clear site data with your browser controls. Doing so resets read marks on that device.
5. Services involved
Clerk provides sign-in. Paystack hosts the checkout page; card or Mobile Money details are entered on Paystack, not on this site. The website is hosted on Replit, which may process technical information needed to operate it.
6. Sharing and security
We do not store card or Mobile Money credentials in this website. Protect access to your device and account. This page makes no security certification, compliance or retention-period claims.
7. Your choices and requests
Manage your account details through Account settings. Support contact details are not published yet. Use the Help page for self-service guidance.
8. Policy updates
These are website policies for the current service and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They may change as the service changes; the latest wording appears on this page.
